Question Hooking up a Radar Detector on my 2011 300C

I want to know how to connect my radar detector to wires in the rear view mirror area of my 2011 300C. Has anyone done this? My 2006 was easy with the wires connected to the back of the mirror. This 2011 isn't quite as handy since all the wiring is under a plastic cover. I figured out how to remove the cover, but I'm not sure which wires to use to make my connection . I want the radar detector to turn on and off with the key.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks.
Jerry

Wish the blendmount would work but at this time doesn't look like it will. The mirrortap cable is a great idea but for people with an escort that leaves out the mute (lock out) button. So when I finally do get around to this I will get the flat cord with mute button from escort. Mount the radar detector in the window and run the cable down to the cig lighter (will remove the dash for this).
