Does anyone have this gap in the odometer!!

I recently bought my 300C, almost 3 months now. I just hit 6875 miles and I just noticed there is a HUGE gap between the odometer and the garmin system around 6800ml extra in the garmin!!

Does anyone have a gap between the dashboard and the navigation?

Are you running aftermarket wheels or tires that could explain it

I am pretty sure you can go into your Garmin settings and select the information such as speed, mileage, ect. to be synced with your cluster information. That should solve your discrepancy.

I meant that there shouldn't be such a discrepancy with a new car. I thought that the dealer sold me a test drive or second hand rather than new.

After re-reading your original post I may have misinterpreted your issue.

What you are saying is that your odometer reads 6,875 and your Garmin reads 13,675+/- giving you a difference of around 6,800 miles? If so, you need to present that to your dealer. The only thing I can think of that would throw that off would be that the Garmin unit was not factory installed and may have been put in from another car - perhaps the entire infotainment system.

How many miles were on your car when you bought it? From your latest post you insinuate that it wasn't brand new but rather a Demo model or something like that.

Thats the odd part, I got it from the dealer with zero miles on it!! Ofcourse I bought it as a new car and they were doing a promotion deal on what was left in the stock. Thats what got me to believe in that idea.

The problem is more likely in your navigation rather than in your odometer reading. Just take it back to your dealer and see what they say.
