transmission dipstick

Does anyone know if the dip stick for the tranny is where it says dealer use only.I mean at least the filler hole. How do I get the top off....I have tried unscrewing it but very tight and don't want to force or break....any help would be great.I want to add some z-max to it....any thoughts on that also.

It pulls off. It's in there good but just pull out. You can give it a bit of a twist to and fro as you do so. It may help.

All went well Maddog thanks for your input. All it needed was a counterclockwise twist with a pair of pliers.Z-max has been added and cap returned to original placement.
