Revised '14 S model

So it looks like Chrysler took some time going through the customizations that people are doing on the S models.

2014 Chrysler 300S gets all black and blue - Autoblog

Blacked out tail light accents.
Blacked out window Trim
Blacked out Grill

New Wheels

Not sure how I feel about that Blue Interior, but Chrysler is not exactly known for their "true to life" coloring on their pictures/configurators.

Kind of wish i would have waited the extra 10 months before buying.

Not too bad. I personally kinda like that dark blue interior (depending on the exterior color.) I'm also digging those new wheels

That looks great. I got Chrysler to provide a set of the black tail lights because my existing red ones were cracking. I always thought those should come on this car.

Don't care for the wheels or the blue interior though. And I'd really like to see the black window trim on a black 300S.

Agreed. The tail lights should have been that way from day one.

Since I promised myself that 2016 was my year to get a new 2 door sports car(hoping for a new barracuda) I'm not going to bother with replacement.

I know the black window trim has been a big thing with these models. I have a can of plasti-dip for mine but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Another option is the black roof. That has been available since 13 I think though. When I saw it at Detroit though it was easily fingerprinted and would drive me nuts. I think its more like the piano black interior trim than paint.

Front lenses are photoshopped regular lenses, not the new "smoked" ones. Surrounds on the lower front intakes are still bright chrome, not "blacked out"; hope that's a photoshop miss.

I actually like those new rims, but they look to aggressive on the S and don't really match it's image. The original 20s are stunning in person and suit the S much better.

Chrysler / Dodge / SRT really need to sort out how their online / press images get complied and put out there. The color is usually way off; their online build tool is a perfect example of this (both the US and Canadian ones).

I think the rims would look better on another color. The blue isn't quite right. The old rims straddled that line of luxury vs sport really well where these say sport more than anything.

EDIT: those look like black versions of the Motown editions to me. Thoughts?

Chrysler has horrible Photoshop skills.

No those aren't black versions of the Motown wheels. The spokes on the Motowns are straight and these aren't so much. These are new wheels that look exclusive to the S but I agree that they do not fit on this model...

As toaster oven said which I forgot to mention in my previous post, it looks like they still left the fog bezels in chrome which would be a really dumb move. That would be the ONLY chrome left on this vehicle and they should've taken it off.

Any car tagged with a sport sticker should be exempted from bearing chrome. Too bad it took them 2 years to realize that.

The wheels are from the Chrysler 300 Ruyi Concept car, very nice in my opinion, especially in 22'' size.
