Car remote not working ( car in deep Sleep)

I just started having issues with my car remotes . My car will not respond to any remote inputs when the car (electronics) are in what I would call a "deep sleep". The second i touch the door handle it unlocks and car will function normally. This is the easiest way to describe it, but the remotes will not work after its been sitting for an extended period/ overnight. If I drive down the street or even let the car sit for 3 hours after it has been driven every function works. So for the past 4 days in the morning i try the remotes and i get nothing, no lights, no response...

Fob battery??? Batteries in those fobs do not last nearly as long as the old keyed fobs.

Changed out the battery in one FOB but it still does the same thing when the car sits for a while. I have no issue with the FOB working after the car has been turned on once.
