How Many Miles on Your Hemi 300?

Mine is an 2011 and just broke the 150,000 mile mark.
Runs strong. Recent repairs and maintenance include power steering rack, thermostat, interval spark plug change.

I am hoping for at least 300K. It's not that fun to drive but is very comfy and hauls a#s down the road.

Ron

I just picked up a 2012 hemi with 50k. Loving it so far. Want to follow this to see what I am getting myself into. Did you have any major repairs along the way to 150K other than the steering rack?

It's nice to hear this (the longevity potential) about our 300s (mine is a '13 300S though), although happily I only put 3,000 miles on my car annually. So by my calculation I'll hit 100,000 miles in 2046! :-)

I'm in sales and cover a large area of territory in CA, with that being said most of the miles on the car are freeway so the wear and tear isn't that bad.

Major items replaced or serviced:
100,000 mile service to drivetrain-rear differential, transmission (maintenance)
122,000 miles - backup camera, struts-shocks
tires every 22-25K miles
oil changes every 5,000

Thats been about it, been very reliable.

What kind of tires do you buy? I have 65,000 on my el cheapo Firestones the new car came with. Just ready to get new Michelin.

Sorry for maybe being a bit stupid, but I heard the 8 cylinder cuts down to fire on only 4 cylinders to be more efficient when not under load. Is this correct? How does it work

Firestone, the FR710's are not good (18's) so I went with the Firestone Champion this time and went to a 235-55V

I know the FR710 are not a great tire, ( as I said el cheapo) but I got 65k out of them. I was wondering what kinds of tires your were buying that only got 22 - 25k out of them. Not very good mileage for any tire.
