I always buy the factory service manual? ARe they available for purchase? I haven't found them yet. My owners manual has arrived Fedex.

Great you received your manual there is a lot of helpful information enclosed, I forgot to mention that you could have downloaded from Chrysler website. You can also check the website for service manuals, they also have a parts section which I browse at time but don't plan on buying anytime soon. Bottom line the website has alot of useful information.

Thank you I checked the website. The owners manual is available and I have downloaded, but apparently the service manual isn't ready yet.

I've tried this page for WEEKS now and only get

Says no updates for my vehicle, there is a similar link on Chrysler website which has always given me the same results. My vehicle apparently had the latest update when I purchased it.

My 300 just told me that I'm due for a Garmin update. $149 is a bit much. Has anyone actually purchased this update? If so, is it even worth it? I haven't noticed any inaccuracies in routing or destination location.

I have recently. The only obvious thing is a slightly different icon "arrow shape" for your vehicle on the map view. Took about an hour to update.
