USB Input Issues

Mine has acted up since but I've been able to fix the issue by disconnecting the USB cable and turning the car off for 10-min.

Well folks.... an update on the 2012, 300, SRT-8, that I took delivery on 2/14/12. Well both the adaptive cruise control(ACC) and the forward collision warning (FCW) are still NOT functioning after taking the car yet to another dealer to fix both problems that an original dealer had rendered inoperative by trying to fix the original problem, the USB port not working (yup, hard to believe I know, but one can't make this stuff up)... And oh, the original problem, you know the USB port, well you are not going to believe this but it still is NOT working... Apparently the second dealer says that the USB port is bad, so he ordered a new one...

Folks - I am back in business. My 2012, 300, SRT-8, received on 2/14/12, finally has the USB port working and both the forward collision warning and adaptive cruise control working... Concerning the USB port, the issue wasn't software. Instead the problem was a bad wiring from the port to the radio, with that wiring being ordered and replaced. Concerning the forward collision radar sensor, as I understand it an in shop recalibration was done in conjunction to a road calibration, in where the system relearns to discern the difference between stationary and moving objects. I want to give a big shout out to the folks who stuck with problem and got me all fixed up:

Glad to hear everything got taken care of. I may take mine in to get the USB line from the radio to the port replaced.

Crazy - just picked up my 300s 2013 and my USB connection is not reading my iPhone 5. It was working well for 3 days - now it won't work. My Bluetooth is working well, both audio and phone. Any suggestion ?

Wow! I still have full use of my USB port! sorry to hear you guys have lost use of yours! I am taking Fang in to get his update as i have a lag time between answer and hang up when using the phone via steering wheel of screen.
