slow hosting ?????

Hi there , new to the site and although i find it greatly informative it is so very frustrating .

The forum takes on average 8-12 seconds to display a page .

My findings are

Country Code :US
Country Name :UNITED STATES
Region :OHIO
City :CLEVELAND

I myself am in Scotland , UK . so the page should not be delayed that much .

The page is delayed whether i load it on Desktop , laptop , tablet or phone . ?!?!

well ya, it takes about 5-7 seconds to open a page here too..

sometimes it needs more time, i use the internet explorer.

I use IE9 ,
Have a good 8Meg line .


its strange . top title bar appears almost instantly , but the rest of the page takes several seconds .

I'm also having issues. Whether using cable at home or DSL at work, the site is always slow. Just like post #7 said, the title loads but the page hangs for a good 8-10 sec. and sometimes I have to hit refresh bcz it juz doesn't go anywhere.

Located in Canada, Brampton/Mississauga area.

I can understand a hang with DSL load speeds but not cable. I had some ad block interference in IE so switched to Firefox and have been very happy with that browser's performance.
