Chrysler will not let them go into the motor unless the scanner picks up something. I guess I didn't know that a computer would pick up a veriation in idle. Anyone have any sugestions and/or what it might be and how to resolve it. thanks

Is the tick at idle? If so, it is normal. It is coming from the lifters and all Hemi's tend to idle a little rough as well. I think your fine. Just have the dealership document the problem in case it does get a lot louder and something else starts to happen. But it sounds like the same tick we all have. After you run it pretty hard it should smooth out. Then when it's warming up again you'll hear the tick.
