Looking at the TSB Meister, it says it's for the grand cherokee only.
There is another flash that was supposed to fix the shift problem:
TSB 18-031-05
This TSB was meant for the SRT lag but is not the correct fix. There is a pending TSB that was to be released at the end of October but it wasn't. Hopefully it will be out before the end of the year. I have the shift issue and had this flash performed even though my build date was long after the TSB was issued. I noticed no difference in shift pattern and still have the hesitation. Also the pending flash will make the manual mode upshift automatically before redline is reached (currently the trannys will not upshift even if redline is met), this previous flash does not change this function.
