If those are not the issue, all you need to do is look for the thumbnail of your image, left click on the BOTTOM one in the box, which begins with "[IMG]" and it will highlight. All you have to do then is right click and select "Copy". Go back to your post and right click in the text box and select "Paste". Thanks Rambit I got it now i was pasting in manage attachments
needed to paste in text box ..thanks for all your help much appreciated
