As I understand it the Challenger will not be on the "LX" platform so I have not included it on the LX list... however, I could certainly add it to the 2008 post under its own category. I don't have much "unreleased" Challenger info at this time but will have some "new" info before long, perhaps sometime in January.

No. The new radios are an all-new "4th generation" series from Chrysler and run off of a new updated CAN Interior bus system. That's not to say that someone in the future won't come up with a work-around but it could prove very difficult as you would have to convert the CAN signals. The new radios use dual 22-pin connectors plus a 10-pin connector, a lot more wiring options than the current "REC" radios.
