Hello my friends north of the boarder.
I spoke to a fellow LX'er moments ago who was having a problem placing an order on line this was the error he received:
Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:
Error Code: #ERROR#
Description: Shipping Selection is required and no Shipping Methods were found. Please contact the administrator directly.
I subsequently went into our site checked it out, and replicated his order, but with my own address, and had no issues placing an order. Until I can have my web guy further investigate this, and if our fellow Lx'er's are having troubles in Canada such as described above, please just shoot me and email at
heidivpi@fdn.com, with a way to contact you via telephone, and I will take your order over the phone.
I apologize if this has or is causing some of you issues at this time. We will get it fixed as soon as possible what the cause may be or if this was just an isolated situation.
