Here's an alternative you may want to condider. Buy some take-off 300C or Magnum RT brakes.

The 300C and the Magnum RT have much larger front brakes than the 300 Touring. All Hemi models come with 345mm front brakes and ventilated 320mm rear brakes. The non-Hemi models come with 320mm brakes all the way around and the rear rotors are solid instead of vented.

Anyone who upgrades their 300C or Magnum RT with a Brembo or StopTech big brake kit is going to have a set of take-off brakes sitting on a shelf. You could buy these and put them on your 300 Touring. They should bolt right on. That way, your front brakes won't look so tiny when you install 20" or 22" wheels. You could even paint or powdercoat the calipers before you install them.
