Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust Vibrations

I recently had a Magnaflow Cat-Back installed on my SRT8, after a couple of days I notice a rattle noise underneath. I took it to the dealer, because someone indicated that it sounds like the heat shield for the cat conv. When they looked at it they determined it was the after market exhaust system vibrating on the support bracket. They told to me take it back and have then readjust the system and place a couple of washers (spacers) on each screw. Well at first it work great when the car was up on the rack the muffler did not hit the bracket, but once the car was started and headed down the road; the vibration was worse and very loud.

I wanted to know has anyone else experience this and if so how did you fix it or can anyone give any suggestions?

I called Magnaflow but without them seeing it, they really don't know. Though they said it sounds like the clamps are loose and again have the installer readjust it and also apply wielding points at the cat conv and joints. Has anyone heard about this technique?

Any assistance is appreciated.
