[quote=greedyk;360825]You don't need spacers installed.
When you install the pipes they need to keep the cross member/bracket in place.
I placed a temporarily 1- 11/2 inch spacer (I used some pieces of plywood) between the pipes and bracket.
Tightened al the clamps and removed the spacer and a perfect fit.
You have to re torque all the clamp after a couple days if not they will relax a little witch could cause the pipes to sag and hit you bracket.
I did this installation with magnaflows and Corsa with no problems
Also Magnaflow makes crapy clamps and I used torctite clamps see link:
Torca
look for torctite in left column.
Also available on ebay

You seem to have your problem isolated, but my Magnaflow vibrated against the trunk pan on the left side pipe when the engine was between 1500-1700 RPM's while underway and when sitting still in "D" with the brake applied. I ended up having to bend the trunk pan away from the pipe slightly to completely eliminate the vibration(and keep the outlet centered in the bumper recess). It sounds like you have a different problem, just wanted to let you know my experience.
