GREAT INSTRUCTIONS if you feel the need to remove the bumper fascia.
The entire job can be done without removing the bumper fascia. Just unscrew and unpin all but the bottom three screws behind the grill. Then, from behind the grill with a razor knife, make two vertical cuts (one either side of each screw), and then from in front of the grill (while tilting the grill forward and pulling up slightly) make (1) horizontal cut below each screw, and lift the grill out.
