What Offset To get?

I see alot of people on 22's on here and It seems that they run either a 15mm offset or a 18mm offset. I Plan on getting 22x9.5 wheels with a 265/35/22 Pirelli Tire. Could you guys tell me what the best offset would be and what the difference is between the 15 and the 18? Thank You.
