I wish you luck in contacting AAC, Ive been trying for about a week. I sent my halos back with a prepaid return ups slip over a month ago. I PMed Justin a few weeks back, he said they have em... The install guy was out for a football game but they would be fixed and sent back out with in a few days. I miss my halos
