They say that any component that the spring or wheel wears out will not be replaced under contract. I don't mind replacing my OEM shocks and struts with the Mopar or KW coilovers now (12,800 miles) because I know they will wear out faster than normal. What's hanging me up is the "other component" mystery of what other components the mods may affect. Aside from this problem, do any of you think that the service contact (to 85000 miles) for the rest of the car is a good idea or not? We also have a 02 300M with 55000 miles on it and I've only had one major problem with it (thermostat) and it doesn't get the hard miles that the 300 touring will get. Based on my experience so far, maybe my money would be better spent getting the coilovers for the 300T now and forgo the service contract. There's a lot of wisdom on this forum, please share. I need to make a decision in two weeks.
If you decide to cancel they will refund you the entire purchase price. Make sure to take it to them in writing dated. Extended warranties are huge profit and they dont like to return them.
I bought one from a dealer and decided to cancel they said ok 30 days we'll send the money to your bank towards principal.
That came and went and when I went back to complain they said I can't cancel its too late now. I pulled out my dated request to cancel and told them we can do this the easy or my atty will be calling in about 15 minutes.
