[ENSEY]

I am taking the SRT in Monday (posted in service forum) for the irritating squeeling noise at 15k miles and was wondering about the TSB for rotors. I know little to nothing about brakes and want to know how you specifically diagnose this problem. If I have an issue, I would prefer to deal with it now since its already going in for repair. What does 'grooving' or 'scoring' look like? What do I look for?

Also, as a side note, is the dealer going to try and tell me after checking my brakes that they need to order these new pads and will need the car for more than a day? What should I expect from these clowns?
