When you look at your rotors if you see lines (grooves) in them this isn’t normal. Eric did have some excellent pictures showing the scoring on his rotors, but it seems they’re not working. I’ll put the link below, maybe they’ll work later.

What can you expect from your dealer. Well sadly you have 15k on your ride. They may say they’re not going to cover any of it because it’s past the 12k warranty period for rotors. However, there have been many members, including myself, that found a dealership that would replace them even though they were over in mileage. They very well may have to order parts, but it shouldn’t take weeks or months. This is also NOT an overnight repair. Hope this helps answer your questions. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
