The brake fluid in your car is fine, since it isn't old enough to have absorbed significant moisture. However, it has been my experience that the factory usually leaves behind plenty of air bubbles when they build these cars. A good bleed, following all the tips in my brake bleeding article (
http://www.zeckhausen.com/bleeding_brakes.htm), can make a surprising difference in pedal feel. Combine that with stainless lines and higher Cf pads and you've got a nice upgrade.
At the moment, the pad shape in the 300C is too new for the aftermarket to have stepped in with any decent performance brake pads. Akebono ProACT Ceramic pads are available, but these are no better than what you already have from the factory. As soon as something good comes along, I'll add it to my web site and post something about it here.
