i took mine in to the dealership a few days ago, and mentioned that the brakes were squealing. that's all it took. half an hour later i received a call where the manager informed me that the rotors were scored and that well whaddya know, there's TSB out abotu it. they replaced my rotors with the slotted ones by the end of the day without a hassle.
