Shouldn't take more than about an hour for all four wheels. Just a jack, lugnut wrench and a one other wrench though I don't know the size. Really easy, definately not $250 in labor.

The only socket you will need is a 21mm for the lugs. To change the pads you need a big flathead screw driver to push in the pistons. Then you will need a punch and a hammer to knock the pins out that hold the pads in the caliper.
