I figured why not post down in our own thread.
First of all I want to thank everyone who called me, emailed me, PM'ed, and IM'ed me to inquire about Ken. He is home and has some recovery ahead of him, but will be out with us a the Spring Fest, he does not want to miss this for anything.
Second. I know many of you are still waiting on polish. Again, I apologize for the delay. We are still using outside vendors to polish for us, and the last couple of batches were unacceptable and rejected by us. In a rush to try to get stuff out quicker, we rested on our QC a bit and shipped some parts out that were subpar. Being proactive, after we started to package what we received in, we immediately contacted those folks that we suspected my have received parts from the subpar batches and arranged for returns to be made on our dime with new product to ship that day.
With that being said, tomorrow, we will be having a meeting to discuss how we can move quicker on this without compromising the quality. We have several batches of polish due back in house NLT this Monday, March 12, and this will move the backlog out of the way, and restock for a couple of weeks. We also are redoing some of the back area where we deburr and assemble, to also include an area for our own polishing station. It is something we have been trying to get off the ground for a little over a month, but now, with the problems we are having, the need just moved up to immediate priority.
There are many more great items fourth coming very, very soon. One special item in particular we will be debuting at the Spring Fest in Cali in a couple of weeks on at least 3 cars. Our primary focus for the next 15 days or so other than filling the orders currently coming in each day,(again thank you all so much for your support and business), is getting several cars ready for the Spring Fest. Our work is a reflection of who we are as a company, and we want everything to be insanely perfect. That perfection will not only go into some of the items and special one off's we are doing for this event, but the same exact passion goes into every product we sell. Each person within our organization adhears to only making the best product in the industry today. As a customer you should expect nothing less than that. When it comes to these great LX rides, the products should be top notch, and set the standard; we hope we are doing that for you all.
Once again, a big thank you to everyone
