Alright. I've got a few questions regarding this flash. Can you still get the 6450rpm with the new 07 Transmission Programming (tsb flash.)

On their website it states the only difference i can see listed is:

Stage 2 - modified shift torque management
Stage 3 - no shift torque management

Stage 3 also has no ESP torque management, no ice torque management (wtf is "ice torque mgmnt".

Are these the only difference in the stage 2 and 3 flashes?

Torque Management, i want it gone. All, not just most of it. Can i get it all taken out with the B&G 2 or only get it done with the Stage 3? Is it just TOO much stress on the trans? With the Stage 3 is the ESP disabled All the time or just when the ESP button is depressed?

Can the Fans be programmed ON/OFF at cooler temps for the lower Tstat with stage 2 or 3?
