2.) Wait.
Seriously, after you bed the brakes wait and see what happens. It's hard to tell from pictures if they're scored. They do "look" kinda scored but the best way to tell is to run your finger nail across them. If there is a noticeable bumpiness then take it to the dealer and get it noted. At least it's on paper that you've complained. If they haven't gone away in about 4-5k miles then take it back.
A lot of us have the posi-quiet pads as I do so it's not an apples to apples comparison with our experiences. You could go that route and get the posi 104's. No scoring have been reported from what I see.
