I had an issue like this where the leather was frayed like. After going through abunch of bs the service manager replaced the leather insert and I didnt have to pay anything. Now its brand new again. The quality of the leather in this car IMO is horrible, very cheap and it doesnt take much at all to damage it. Be careful guys.
