since they're the fog light surrounds, they've got lots of contours. sandpaper doesn't work well for really curvy parts.

i reccomend steel wool. super super fine steel wool. the more zeros, the better. 5 owe (00000) or finer would definately do the trick. it takes stubborn water marks off of sunroof glass too.

whatever you do, start with just a little bit, do it lightly. its easier to take more off than it is to put more of the finish back on.
