If I was you, I would apply a few coats of some good wax to the front
bumper, but NOT to your newly painted foglight bezels.
Apply the wax, and buff it off like 3 or 4 times. This will build up the wax
and will bring up the shine on the bumper.
If you try to "dull" your newly painted parts, you will ruin the paint on them,
and they will look like hell.
Once you have had car on the road awhile, and get some milage on with
the new painted parts, and they get dirty, and have bugs all over them,
they will match better each time you wash the car.
One reason your parts don't "match" is that your newly painted parts are
just that, new and fresh. It will take some time, but once they start to
get "worn", they will match the rest of the car.
