Also, Dave Z mentioned to me that i would have to replace the (COPPER CRUSH WASHERS) would anyone know were i can get these from?
You might try the dealership but Dave sells Brembo brakes, he might be able to get them for you.

And what about the Calipers, do i need to torque them up to a specific spec?
Again Dave Z should know the torque specs for the caliper bolts.
