I just wanted to let everyone know, and I know most who have bought from BT, that Heidi and her gang are over the top when it comes to their product and especially customer service. The day she got back from SF, I called her with an order, a pretty large order and some custom work. Now I know and understood being away she would be coming back to a mound of work. Just to show how loyal and great of a person she is, I just received today all of the pieces I ordered, as well as the custom piece, which I can't say what it is, SORRY... It will be revealed on Sunday at Starved Rock and I will have pictures of everything on Monday.
