Me too, that was really strange. I guess when you are off the clock, thats it, regardless of what happens. I thought at first that maybe there was someone inside. But I was told by a byestander that there was NO emergency transport in progress....
I will give him the benifit of the doubt (and not taking sides with
Ambulance personell by the way) and say after they saw Ms whiskey get out of her SUV, maybe they felt that there was no need for assistance and left.
This is just speculation though. I have seen people in shock get up and walk with broken bones and not realize it. So, me pesonally I would have thought that it would have been a wise thing to check Ms Whiskey out first before I left if I was the one behind the wheel of the Ambulance, but that is just my way of thinking.The only one who really knows why the Ambulance left the seen without offering assistance would be the driver.
