I'm surprised that you were able to use that tire on a 22x9 with a 14mm offset. I have 22x9 with 255/30/22 and 15mm offset. The 265/35/22 wouldn't even fit on my car. I have no vibration or rubbing, it rides smooth. My car also has the Eibach 1.6 drop kit.

I would rebalance and see if they used spacers.
