Ok, Satin Black finish is anodized right after machining the product. When we send something out for black chrome anodize the part is polished first then anodized. This way you get a deep high gloss look on the part. When the parts are anoidzed on a satin finish it still looks great, you just wont' have as much reflective quality on it.
Attached is a black chrome anodized fuse box cover. As you can see it gives off a real high reflective quality when photographed. If this part would not have been polished first, you would no be gettng that mirror like look or reflection from it.
Unfortunately, I do not have any satin black finishes to show you. We recently took an order for a customer requesting satin black and as soon as those parts come back from anoidze, I will be sure to post pictures. It should be in the next couple of days.
