Here's my story. I bought a 2006 300C SRT-8 with 9000 miles on it certified.

The day I got it I noticed the brakes squealing and told the dealer. He gave me the "that's the price you pay for high performance" story. Then I get on here and read that there is a TSB for it. The dealer never bothered to look at all. So when I brought it up, apparently my warranty? was up and they wouldn't do it.

So I take it in to get my first oil change and I'm told that I need new tires. New tires at 13,000, only 3000 miles after I bought it?? That can't be right I thought.

So I did some checking. Apparently the car was certified at 6000 miles. The manager of the dealership drove it another 3000 miles after.

So I call the dealership and talk to the service manager. I tell him that I was told only 3000 miles after I bought the car certified that I need new tires. His response was that somebody must have been hard on the car before I had it. I then tell him that it was his manager. Then I get a call back and the story changes. "My manager drove it like a baby, never got on it etc....". I tell him, come on, this is an SRT-8, he was going to buy it for a reason. I may not be a genius, but come on, that is redicilous.

I would think that there would be a limit on how much it can be driven after certification. Obviously things do change after 3000 miles.

Then I "notify" him about the TSB for the brakes I just found out abouton these forums. He tells me now, that my car is out of warranty for it. I tell him, I told your dealer when I bought the car about the squeeling, and at that time the TSB would have been valid. I just got bs'd from there.

I have bought quite a few cars in my time, and never experienced anything like this.

Can anyone offer any advice that might help my situation? I would be very, very greatful. Sorry for this being as long as it is
Here is the thread to read about the brakes.

Braking news: The long awaited SRT8 Rotor TSB finally issued!

This is a start. Someone will chime in that has a SRT . I would say find another Dealer. You will hear that a lot around here . I think the breaks are covered up to 12,000 miles.
