Thanks. That is what I was talking about.

The first day I bought the car, the breaks squeeled. I told the dealer and got the response that high performance breaks do that. He never looked into it, or checked the TSB. The chrysler service guy didn't even know about the TSB at all. I had to bring it up to him. At that time, it had 10,000 on it, which would have been still under warranty.

I'm at a loss. Someone on the 300 forum suggested looking into a lawyer. I'll give one a call Tuesday and see what he thinks. The fact is, I found out later that the car was certified 3000 miles before I got it, which I would think makes the certification void.

I asked the guy at chrysler if there was any time frame for when certification runs out due to mileage after certification. I ended up asking him about 20 times the same thing and he would never answer me. I realize now, that I dont think he was even listening as it would take him about 6 seconds to respond like he had the phone away from his ear.

This is turning out to be a joke.
