I've been fortunate to find a GREAT service dept. at West Oaks Chrysler Dodge. I have about $12K in mods (just about everything but a stroker, cam or SC) and they have never given me a problem. In fact many or the service guys own our cars and mod them, so they empathize completely. A couple of weeks back I was experiencing some nasty backfiring and after about a day and a half of looking it was determined to be a broken ignition coil, which they honestly felt happened during one of the mod installs. The charge to me was labor only. No grief, no hassles, just great service, great work (the car runs great) and continued great experiences at that dealership.
