TIS wheels/have any problems

I just purchased 22" x 9.5" +18mm offset TIS 02 for my 300C online from http://buywheelstoday.com/. I bought the wheel and tire package and went with the recommended Pirelli 265/35/22. I was told by this online dealer that this wheel and tire combo is the perfect fit for the 300C(NO RUBBING), and I had read in other threads the same thing;however, after putting my new wheel and tire package on my C I noticed rubbing right away. The inside of the tire rubs on the control arm when turning in reverse. At first it was only rubbing on the left front but after driving around a little it started happening on both sides. I told http://buywheelstoday.com/ and they said that was weird and they have done the same application to hundreds of others and never had a problem. They said that they would send me a 3mm spacer and that should correct the problem, but I'm not sure I want to run with a wheel that requires a spacer. I've heard good/bad things about spacers, plus I want to make sure that the wheel sits flush in the wheel well. What should I do? I really LOVE the wheels and they look SWEEEET!!!!! I also ordered the eibach prokit 1.6" drop. Does anyone else have this same problem with TIS wheels? Please help. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!
