I had the same problem and this is the actually quote of the invoice from the dealer. Customer states when sunroof is all the way open there is a rattle coming from the sunshade at any speed.
Studs stripped
Wro Diag sun roof rattle, remove headliner and sunroof modual and found
studs holding sunroof modual to roof frame stripped, repair studs and reposition sunroof modual and alig N glass and tested. Reinstalled headliner and test drove. Covered under factory warranty.
