It's funny you mention that. I was about to start a new thread asking if anyone has called DCX lately (ha ha like that hasn't happened). But the point is that they're picking up immediately after choosing option #5! Granted both times I called it was the TN call center but you used to have to wait at least 10 - 15 minutes to find out they were clueless.
Now...how do we get through to MI...??
