On the Hemi you must remove the shield, as stated, probably the same for the touring, it's no big deal, four 10mm bolts and it slides right out from the under bumper shield. I also used an end cap wrench and had to go to a different one that mofo was on so tight. MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE FILTER AND BLOCK TO SEE THAT THE RUBBER GASKET IS NOT STUCK TO THE ENGINE, IF IT IS ALL YOUR OIL WILL LEAK OUT AND RUIN YOUR ENGINE. I would also recommend exploring the synthetic oil threads etc. When re installing the 10mm bolts, snug them good but don't over torque them.
