Your Nav Message is most like a setting you have that's defaulted to remind you of an oil/filter change. Go into the Settings and turn off the reminder and the message will disappear off your screen. It's then possible the Disc Read Error will also not reappear since you have already cleaned it off.
How to adjust features:
*Press the ‘Nav’ button at the bottom of the Nav Screen.
*The ‘Main Menu’ will be displayed.
*Scroll down to ‘Vehicle Information’ and press ‘enter’ button on the right side of the screen.
*The ‘Maintenance Menu’ will be the first option displayed. Press ‘enter’.
*You will now see the following options: Tire, Oil, Trans. Fluid Change, Tune Up, Air Filter Change, A/C Filter Change.
*Select each one separately and then press ‘enter’.

You will now be able to set personal dates for maintenance or turn off each function at the bottom of each available maintenance option if you don’t want the reminders to appear/ding on your Nav. Screen. Remember to hit the ‘enter’ button after each personal preference you make.

I'm sorry I can't help with your 2nd question. I have faith someone will come along who can, though.
