300C Tail lights on 300 Touring

Got an idea! Looking for your input.

I'm going to attempt to adapt the 300C tail lights to my 300 Touring in about two weeks. Everyone knows that the wiring is different and there have been many posts on how to adapt the wiring.

Question - Can the brake/turn/park light socket from the Touring be put into the stop/park receptacle on the 300C housing?

Question - Can I take the reverse light socket from the Touring and splice it together with the 300C wiring to essentially have two bulbs per side for the reverse light. The second one would replace the 300C turn signal.

Question - Could I splice into the license plate light on the back bumper to run power to the lower bulbs on the 300C housing so that they only come on with the park/head lights.

If yes, the top round light of the 300C housing would now be my park/brake/turn signal. The two clear sockets in the 300C housing would both be my back-up lights. The lower light in the 300C housing would be my running lights only when the park/head lights are on.

What do you think?
