Feeling the power?

Hi all,

I've been reading and learning from these board for the past couple months, and I thank you all for sharing your experiences with these cars. I'm getting close to buying and I'm finding that I already know FAR more than the dealers do about these cars.

I test drove a used (25k miles) Touring a few weeks ago and finally was able to test a C this morning. I have to tell you... I was surprised at how underwhelmed by the HEMI I was. I could tell that it was more powerful than the Touring, but it didn't seem to be by that much.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any idea why it feels this way? Does the car just ride so nice that a lot of the "pushed back in your seat" feeling is absorbed by the suspension and cushy seats?

-Christian
