the higher the Ks, the bluer it looks, but the less your visibility is.

Stock HIDs manufacturer's put on their cars are 4300K. This is super white. The bluish tint comes from the projectors that are installed. The lens on the projector gives the blue tint.

so if you take out factory 4300k, put in 8000k, it will look more blue, but wont shine as far, hence lower visibility.

I personally think that the 5000k or 6000k kit is the best, with or without having projectors.
