Sorry to AAC if i blame it a bit on you guys but not being able to track made me incomfortable especially after what the lady said( IF the package was sent, you would be able to track it either by your postal code or by the tracking number)
Apology accepted but I would be just as nervous as you. This is the second time this has happened with FedEx this week. Apparently the person doing the pickup did not scan either of them and the # would not show up in our histroy because of it. We have already signed a CTP with UPS and will be switching over very soon due to this.
