Please Help! Doing Brake Install Right Now

Hi guys. I am out there doing a rotor swap and new pads and have run into a big problem. The two pistons in the calipers are fully extended and I don't know how to get them to recess. I have the car up on jacks and only one side removed. I have to start the car and thus hit the brake and the pistons are almost all the way out and will not go back in.

How do I get them to retract? Is there a pressure release valve or something? Seriously guys, I really need your help.
